About Flex marks the spot

I built out my home gym basically for free during the peak of COVID lockdowns when gym equipment was basically gold. Now, this home gym thing for me has gone from hobby to a full blown obsession. I’m already buying and testing out equipment for my personal use so I figured might as well put my thoughts and opinions out into the world to help anyone else out there who is looking at similar equipment with the same questions/concerns I had.
